LACT Configurator

Valin is pleased to introduce our new Lease Automatic Custody Transfer (LACT) Configurator Tool. This innovative new software application tool provides LACT specifications, quotes, component data, and reference documentation. The software utilizes a graphic interface to guide the user through a selection process which requires the user to input basic information about the requirements of their specific application. After gathering this information, the configurator application is able to provide a solution to match the user’s needs and provide an instant quote.  Valin's technical specialists assist with this process from start to finish to help develop the right solution for your specified application.

Valin’s Lease Automatic Custody Transfer (LACT) units measure fluids in lease gathering operations to ensure accurate custody transfers. The units use pumps, flow meters and other instruments to measure mass, determine oil quality, and sample oil produced. These units perform the basic functions of transferring oil to the truck, pipeline, or other tank storage while monitoring and sampling the amount of sediment and water in the oil. The units also eliminate air or gas from the liquid, measure the volume of liquid going through the unit and maintain constant back pressure and flow rate, all while operating automatically or semi-automatically.

In addition to a guided selection process and instant quote system, the LACT Configurator provides all necessary literature and back up engineering documentation. Valin has created a one-stop solution and continues to lead the way with innovations like this to help you with a quicker and more accurate quote.
